The Bothy Co. specializes in the design and build of luxury “bothys” or elsewhere known as ADUs (additional dwelling units). This team was looking to provide simple website copy and product descriptions for their three standard, best-selling garden rooms.

target & goals 

In terms of language, the goal was to deliver straight-forward, elevated language that quickly detailed the value of investing in a bespoke garden room. The team wanted readers to understand how their life would be elevated with the addition of a custom ADU to their home and/or garden.

my special ingredient 

People infuse love and care into their home in order to make it their sacred space—so the addition of another unit can be somewhat of an emotional decision that involves a lot of trust. Throughout the website story, I use straight-forward language that quickly communicates the product and the value, but also create a sense of warmth, luxury, and elevation that the potential consumer will feel. They know that the providers are passionate, the product is quality, and an addition to their home will elevate their own life and the lives of those they care about.
